SVG X,Y using SVGPoint & getScreenCTM with ViewPorts

Assume the SVG image is contained in a DIV inline within the HTML5 document. However, the svg viewBox value is not the same size as the DIV container. The SVG x,y with DIV offset represents the values over the svg image relative to the HTML page. Using the clientX/Y values of an SVGPoint plus getScreenCTM will provides the SVG x.y values within the viewPort.
SVG image is inline, contained in a DIV.
The viewBox attribute of the svg is 0 0 2000 2000
A circle is located with its center at svg(200,200)
