ToolTip Word Wrap

Below are 3 elements with a <title> element, used as its tooltip.
The <title> element can be inserted as a child element within any SVG element.
e.g. <circle cx=150 cy=150 r=60 fill=red ><title id=myCircleTooltip>This is a my circle tooltip</title></circle>
Also, it can be set/get as follows: myCircleTooltip.firstChild.data
Uses the browser's built-in mouse over to display a tooltip via an SVG <title> element. Provides word wrap by breaking the line at a white space near the desired length, to prevent long single line length in CH/FF. *IE automatically breaks line at words, about 50 characters
